Team Performance Optimization Sessions

Team performance optimization sessions are an effective way to learn how to implement mental skills strategies and build team cohesion through increased understanding of your teammates’ mental skills strategies at an individual and team level.  Many athletes supplement team sessions with individualized sessions.  The frequency and duration of sessions is variable, depending on your team's needs.

 

Topics might include, but are not limited to:

• Energy management, performance anxiety, and appropriate intensity

• Building and sustaining confidence

• Productive self-coaching

• Effective goal-setting and performance tracking

• Transitioning to a higher competitive level

• Imagery/visualization

• Pre-performance and daily routines to optimize focus and energy

• Mindfulness

• Values and motivation

• Well-being and healthy behaviors

• Building resiliency and growth mindset

• Injury recovery

 

Team sessions are available on-site.
